ARTICA was conceived by three friends. The idea of a gift shop purveying artistically rendered items germinated from visits to various museums during their trips. It struck them that the French museums particularly are reproducing lots more artifacts, besides the usual souvenirs, for visitors to acquire and appreciate at close quarters. Thus ARTICA was born, to collaborate and represent Réunion des Musées Nationaux (RMN) in this part of the world, offering you the convenience of viewing and buying these replicas as presents for special persons in your life (you included) and valuable clients.
And our love for all things artistically and uniquely crafted led us to represent a small group of talented Burmese artists, as well as manufacturers of décor items and fashion accessories: Philippe Deshoulieres and Medard de Noblat porcelain gift sets from France are now made more accessible to you; Bernardaud jewellery and hand-woven scarves from north-eastern Thailand that make great fashion statements!
